As a RIE® Associate, I’m thrilled to welcome families to my RIE® Parent-Infant Guidance™ classroom, designed to be a warm, inviting space where parents and caregivers can learn alongside their little ones. Through the Educaring® Approach, you’ll develop a framework to build a strong, respectful relationship with your child, understand their cues, and confidently support their growth during these formative years.

Before Baby™ is a relationship-based prenatal class rooted in the RIE® Educaring® Approach, designed to help expecting parents prepare for life with their baby. For those expecting, waiting to adopt, or thinking about becoming a parent, this course is designed to help you start your parenting journey with confidence and calm, and build a respect-based relationship with your child that will carry through their entire life.
I facilitate the Before Baby™ course every month, alternating online and in-person.

Want to learn about the RIE® Educaring® Approach while building community alongside other families? In these weekly 90-minute in-person classes, parents observe, reflect, and engage with their child in a supportive, respectful environment while learning together about how to apply the RIE® Educaring® Approach, guided by the facilitating RIE® Associate.
These classes are designed for families with children aged 3 months to 2 years. Classes are cohorted by age to ensure that each child is in an environment with peers at a similar stage of development, which supports meaningful observation, learning, and social interaction. We typically aim to keep the age span no more than 5 months between the oldest and youngest children, with 8 families being the maximum per cohort. Cohorts are ongoing, typically until the youngest child in the group turns two. That being said, families can un-enroll at any time, though we typically recommend attending for a minimum of 8 weeks to begin to experience the benefits of the RIE® Approach.
Standard tuition for classes is $225/month per child*
*If you'd like to contribute to the Parenting Resources Scholarship Fund, which helps families who cannot afford standard tuition, your support is greatly appreciated. 💖 Contributions go directly to helping families access these classes. Class Format
10–15 minutes – Warming-in arrival time
30 minutes – Quiet observation time (adults observe while children play and interact, guided by the RIE® Associate facilitator as needed)
Snack time – For older cohorts, facilitated by the RIE® Associate (continued play for younger cohorts)
Group discussion – Reflect on observations and explore topics parents may want to discuss (e.g., diapering, sleeping, feeding, behavior challenges, etc)
Clean-up and closing songs 🎶

Wednesdays
10:00 - 11:30am - Mobile Infants, current ages 8-12 months
Available to start two cohorts for any infant/toddler age groups in the midday and afternoon
Thursdays
Available to start 3 cohorts for any infant/toddler age groups in the morning, midday, and afternoon
Fridays
9 - 10:30am - Current ages 12-16 months
New mid-day cohort available to start
4 - 5:30pm - Toddlers, current ages 16-22 months
If you, or anyone you know, have a child in a different age group within the 3-24 month range (aside from those listed above) and you would like to enroll, I'm happy to get a cohort started for you! Simply let me know and we'll make it happen. If you have friends with children in the same age range, enroll together, and we can create a new cohort! Each cohort requires at least two families to begin. Ideally, the age range for each cohort does not exceed 5 months between the youngest and oldest children.
