The weight of
responsibility
for raising a
new tiny human
can feel like a lot …

… you don’t have to carry it alone.

Where to Begin

Preparing for birth is important.
Preparing for parenthood is too.

Trusted Resources

I’m not doing this work alone.

Networking with other heart-led businesses and collaborating to build the village of support for families has been a driving passion. The resources I list on this page (which include my own book Parenting Compass) are ever-expanding as we collectively endeavor to make sure every family, every parent, every child feels held and supported.

What Parents Are Saying After
Before Baby™

Hi! I’m Talisa.

One of the first questions I ask every family is:

"What are your goals for your child?"

Because there isn't one "right" way to parent.

My role is to help you understand child development so you can move toward your own goals with confidence and respect for your child.

As an Infant/Toddler Development Specialist and RIE® Associate, I founded Parenting Resources so that every family has access to support, and every child has the best possible start to life.

Learn more about me here.

Whether you prefer to start with a weekly newsletter, a self-paced book, or a live class, my goal is the same: to help you enter parenthood with a deeper understanding of your baby, greater confidence in yourself, and respect for the unique relationship you're about to build together.
